Each visit is listed as one hour. Lawn analysis is $100. Everything else is priced in person after we see the yard.

Snow removal as needed in winter. Leaf pickup and debris removal in spring and fall.

On-property diagnosis: sprinklers, disease, noxious weeds, then an emailed plan.

Small Yard Lawn Mowing
Yards 5,000 square feet or less. Walk-behind, trim, and edge. Weekly or bi-weekly.

Weed Control & Fertilizer
Granular Lesco — not the cheap bag. Weed preventative and pulling available.

Yard Cleanup
Weed pulling, bush trimming, storm pickup, and general yard cleaning.

Sprinkler Blow out
Winterize the system so ice does not split the lines. Essential before a hard freeze.
