In winter we provide snow removal as needed. In spring and fall we provide leaf pickup and debris removal. Call when the season turns — we do not run a one-visit-fits-all calendar.
Diagnose conditions · Mark dead or brown areas · Recommendations
We meet with you on your property to diagnose any known issues on the lawn. We start by double-checking sprinkler coverage and marking problem areas. Then we identify disease and give corrective measures. We identify the weeds on your lawn, including noxious weeds that have to be taken care of because they are harmful to the environment. After that we email you a copy of the analysis with our recommendations and prices for the work.
Weekly or bi-weekly · Walk-behind · Trim and edge included
This yard service is for yards 5,000 square feet or less, done with a 33-inch walk-behind mower or smaller depending on lot size. Trimming and edging are included. We send someone out to assess lot size and difficulty. First-mow prices may vary from weekly or bi-weekly pricing depending on lawn quality.
Granular · Turn a bad lawn green again
This is our granular weed-control service with fertilizer, plus a weed-preventative option. We do not use cheap products on your lawn. We only use Lesco fertilizer and weed control — normally three times the price of popular brands like Scotts. Fertilizer and weed control keep a lawn as healthy and green as possible. Follow our watering instructions and we can turn a lawn around. Price and frequency vary with the quality of the lawn on the first visit. We also offer weed pulling.
Weed pulling · Bush trimming · Storm pickup

Blow the system out for winter
This is essential. Cold weather will cause pipes to burst when ice forms and expands, leaving major or minor leaks in the system. Book the blow out before a hard freeze.
